The living description of the system as it currently is — edited continuously, never lagging the code. A trimmed arc42-derived structure plus C4 diagrams kept as Mermaid source under diagrams/.

The overview runs from introduction and goals through the building-block, runtime, and deployment views to the cross-cutting concepts, the build-order roadmap, the quality scenarios, and a catalogue of the external standards Vord conforms to, the threat model, and the verification-and-testing plan. The binding decisions behind it are the immutable decision records in adr/; this overview describes the system they compose, and the proposals in proposals/ order the building of it.
